Brochelle Shipping Policy: All orders placed will ship within 7-14 days of the order date, weather permitting (HOT WEATHER CANCELS THIS TIME-FRAME). We only ship wine out on Mondays and Tuesdays for East Coast shipments, Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs if within CA.  You will receive a shipping notice and tracking information via email as soon as your wine leaves the winery. In some cases, your shipment may arrive in two or more separate boxes.

By law - no wine will be left on doorsteps.  All wine deliveries must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age.

Shipping & Weather:  Extreme weather conditions can negatively affect your wine. High temperatures may cause your wine to leak and extreme cold can negatively impact your wine during shipment. Please keep in mind that Brochelle Vineyards is not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. By placing an online order you are accepting the responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment. If you live in an area where the current ambient temperature is near freezing in Winter or above 85 degrees in Summer, we suggest you select either 1 or 2 day shipping and be absolutely sure that an adult is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day.

We cannot stress it often enough: the best possible way to avoid shipping delays is to ship to a BUSINESS address.  If that is not feasible, please take full advantage of the option to have your wine delivered directly to any Fed-Ex OFFICE location near you.  Put their address as your primary "Ship To" , indicate on the 2nd address line: HOLD FOR CUSTOMER.  Once your wine arrives, the FedEx Office staff will personally call you to come pick it up.  This is a fantastic option to take advantage of!

If you are experiencing extreme temperatures locally now but would like to order wines that may not be available later on, please advise us using the Customer Comments section of your order that you'd like to wait until the weather breaks to ship. Your account will be charged, and we will keep your order in the winery until the date you specify. 

Shipping Options

We ship exclusively via Fed Ex.  If you choose Fed Ex Standard Overnight delivery, or Fed-Ex 2-Day, this does not mean your wine will arrive overnight or within 2 days. Your order will be processed within our normal 2-week turnaround time and will be shipped VIA overnight or 2-day delivery.

Will Call Requests: You are welcome to pick up any order at our tasting room Downtown Paso Robles. Please call us to arrange a pick-up date @ 805-237-4410. 

Bottle Shipping Charges..... each 750ml bottle is estimated at 3.5 lbs
